Flomp Studio Ltd has built Happy Hour Hero as a commercial application. The application is provided, and is intended for use, as is.

This page is for informing website visitors of policies regarding the collection and use of Personal Information for users of the application. It is our policy to always respect your privacy and to empower you to be in control of your data.

Information Collection and Use

Happy Hour Hero does not collect any personally identifiable information from its users. 

For Happy Hour Hero users who wish to submit scores to the in-game leaderboards, the application collects a hardware-level device identifier. This is only used to authenticate that any score submitted to the online leaderboards is legitimate and was set on the users device. This identifier does not contain any information which can be used to in any way identify the player’s name, physical address, or any other Personal Information.

Information Deletion Requests

Any user of the application may delete their highscore data either by:

1. Deleting their highscores from within the application in the ‘Options’ section of the main menu, or;
2. Requesting deletion of their data by emailing flompstudio@gmail.com. We will respond in a timely manner to any requests for deletion of information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any such changes. This page will include a description of any such changes at the end of this policy for transparency. Any changes to this policy are effective immediately after they are made on this page.
